Incident escalations

This feature allows users to send alerts to different teams or team members depending on how long the incident has been unresolved. For example, if a website is down for 5 minutes, a specific team member gets alerted. If the incident is unresolved after 15 more minutes, the whole dev-ops team is alerted.
